EuroCham Human Resource Committee

In late 2020, Mr Narath CHHEAV was elected to be EuroCham's Chairman of the Human Resource Committee. Whereas Mr Francois SCHNOEBELEN was re-elected as the Vice-Chairman of EuroCham Human Resource Committee for this new mandate to serve all members and the Cambodian community.

The Human Resource Committee is a platform where the main goal is to improve the Human Resource Sector in Cambodia. They have gathered companies and professionals in this department who are eager to enhance better human resource department.

The main objectives of EuroCham Human Resource Committee include:

  • Organize events and seminars benefiting Members and non-Members with regard to human resource management at firm-level and also market-level

  • Promote the activities of the Committee and EuroCham outside of Cambodia, in conjunction with other events such as trade delegations visiting Cambodia

  • Cooperate with other Committees within EuroCham and with other organizations and to promote EU human resource standards and services

  • Develop position papers and contribute to the European Chamber of Commerce White Book.
