For teams of nea and job centers: recruitment training, by cogen acedemy

On January 12, 2023, the National Employment Agency (NEA) conducted a Recruitment Training session at the NEA Hall in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The event gathered staff members from the NEA and Job Centers nationwide, with the aim of strengthening their recruitment skills and enhancing employment service delivery.

The training was facilitated by Mr. Narath Chheav, who provided in-depth guidance on effective recruitment strategies, candidate selection processes, and best practices for matching job seekers with suitable opportunities. Participants engaged in interactive discussions and practical activities designed to build their capacity and improve coordination between employment service providers.

This initiative is part of the NEA’s ongoing efforts to build a skilled and responsive workforce, while improving access to quality employment services across the country.
