Human resources (HR) and recruitment procedures encounter new challenges as the business landscape in Cambodia continues to change as a result of the country's rapid technological advancement and disruptive business models.

In order to find qualified candidates, hiring professionals are now combining a number of strategies, including the use of cutting-edge technology, employer branding, implementing employee referral programmes, and improving the onboarding process.
