Mr Narath CHHEAV, EuroCham board member and chairman of HR committee had joined the event on 27 October 2021 at Topaz Restaurant. EuroCham had the privilege to organize the first Cambodian Insiders luncheon with H.E. Mr HENG Sour, Secretary of State at the Ministry Of Labor And Vocational Training.

On this special occasion, His Excellency provided us with a comprehensive update on recent and upcoming reforms, including the 3rd amendment on the labour law, the reforming of the labour inspection mechanism, preventing child labor, expansion of the NSSF coverage, and many more. Special thanks to Mr Narath CHHEAV, EuroCham Board Member and Chairman of our HR Committee for discussing EuroCham's policy recommendations and the Government's policy responses to our previous White Books, along with the new, upcoming recommendations which aim to reinforce Cambodia’s human resource sector and economic recovery.
